I am an admirer of Solzhenitsyn, and was happy when you mentioned that Russia was opening a museum dedicated to those Russians who suffered under the Bolshevics, but was equally saddened to hear that they are cancelling the "gulag museum" and converting it into a WW2 museum. Can you please provide some information about this - the name and location of the museum, and an article or news source about this?
Imo, Russian Patriotism today necessitates a bit of schizophrenia and will until they totally reject and repent of the communist baggage -which may not even be possible.
You raise an interesting point. I am not Russian, so do not understand how the renewal in Orthodox Christianity and in Russian patriotism does not come with a clearer understanding of how the Russian people were betrayed by their own who collaborated with foreign forces and foreign financiers.
