We need Athos so much as America slowly gets her footing. Also very excited you can speak with Metropolitan Neophytos. I remember being so sad when the youtube channel "Uncreated light press" took like a year off. There just aren't any American Bishops who speak so openly about the things Metropolitan Neophytos does. I don't want anyone to suffer but I can't wait to meet the "New Crew" st porphyrios promised us.
Greece and cyprus both have such local bishops. In America, Bishops have 1500 mile dioceses. I've never met my Bishop or his predecessor. I'm praying that one day some jurisdictions can merge so that we can reduce the amount of time our Bishops spend in cars and planes.
