A lot of good coverage on the Israel situation this week. I am very surprised that they allowed the patriarchs to go down to the church and support their flock. I'm guessing pizza bala must have pulled some strings. Considering I believe Catholicism has a lot bigger influence over international affairs. Not as much as they once did in the Middle ages. But they still do have a lot of people that they can call upon to make sure things happen. That would be my guess. But it could just be you know Israel doesn't want the bad press but I do not know about that. Because Pizza Bella himself has literally said that he doesn't believe it was an accident. He believes it was targeted on purpose. Which is not a good look.
Corneliu Zelea Codreanu is a holy martyr and passion bearer. He fought against the dangerous communist. He wanted the Orthodox Church to flourish. He should be celebrated. I hope one day when Romania is truly free. He will be canonized. It's good to see that the Romanian Orthodox Church is still staying strong against the false Ukrainian Church. Still sad what they're doing in Moldova but hey not everyone can be perfect. And the Romanian church definitely needs to speak up. It's very sad to see that they don't talk about the politics that's going on in their country. They are shepherds. Yet they are not even going into the farm to look at the sheep.
I know it's a dream that won't happen but I would just love if the England monarch just observes power. And just takes over the government. And starts being based. Although that probably won't happen but who knows. He is being really friendly to Orthodox Greek clergy especially on the holy mountain so maybe they might tell him some of the prophecies and maybe he might become Orthodox and become a based Orthodox king. In Western Europe. which would be cool.
The Ukrainian Bishop of Alexandria. Is incredible. Truly a confessor. And that's an incredible story about the Metropolitan and the bishop giving medals to the lay people for a defending the cathedral. That's one of the best stories I've heard in months. And I'm glad to have heard it. Honestly everything just seems to be going great in the Ukraine front Russia is needing more and more territory which means more and more orthodox Christians are being freed from persecution more bishops are being freed more laity and monks. All we can do is hope that this continues. And that we will see the full liberation of the Ukrainian Orthodox from these terrible people that sought to persecute Christ and Christ Church. We always knew that they were going to lose because our God is not a God of losers but of winners. So of course there was never any doubt. God always cease to it that he protects his people and that those who persecute us do not last long. Christ have mercy upon us all.
