In any case, Russia being ostracized from the entire process is somewhat of a God-send, in a similar way to how the Russian Church in Moscow & ROCOR were saved from the Calendar update which took place in the early 20th century, but extremely Masonic hierarchs, such as that of Romania & Constantinople.
