Abbot Tryphon was gracious enough to join us for this incredible installment to our “uncanonized Saints” series. Elder Dmitriy reposed in 1991 and left behind hundreds of spiritual children. His impact on Orthodoxy in the American west exceeds even Blessed Seraphim Rose of Platina. Abbot Tryphon recounts his life and many miracles he himself witnessed as a spiritual son of this incredible ascetic. Almost nothing currently exists online about this incredible lover of Christ so we are truly grateful to Abbot Tryphon for giving us one of the longest glimpses into the life of his Elder to date.
